Covid-19 Update at Ebb and Flow

services at Ebb and Flow are “Essential,” and we will remain open during any future state and county mandated closures.

Health and safety is our top priority. Here is what we are doing and what we ask of our patients :

1. Face masks are currently not required at Ebb and Flow. However, clients are encouraged to continue to wear a mask if they are more comfortable doing so.

2. All surfaces and Pilates equipment will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in between each session. This includes doorknobs, tables, props and Pilates equipment.

3. All linens will be replaced and laundered after each session. Each client will have a clean set of handles and foot straps for each session.

4. New HEPA air filters have been installed in the office HVAC, as well as in the air purifier that will be kept running during business hours.

5. Windows will be open when weather permits and to air out the studio in between sessions.

6. Clients who are feeling sick will be asked to stay home and rest. Please cancel your session with as much notice as possible to avoid the late cancellation charge. If you know that you have been intimately exposed to someone with Covid, please cancel your session. Thank you for your honesty and consideration of others.
